Not every agent works the same when showing homes. I go the extra mile! We'll look for cracks, texture changes, possible water damage, shifting foundations. I'm not a foundation expert, but I find things pretty quickly. I also attend all my inspections with my clients so that I have firsthand knowledge of what challenges there may or may not be with the home you've selected. I'll also attend the closing with you, should any questions arise. Most agents never go outside and inspect the home, they'll show you the kitchen, bedrooms and totally miss a possible huge problem. Also, you don't want to spend the money for an inspection if you can see pretty clearly there's an issue already present. There is a difference in the level of service I provide, try me, you'll see!
