Our market has drastically changed and the way we do business and when it comes to selling your home it's completely different. Due to the shortage of homes, houses are staying on market sometimes less than a day! What does that mean for us as agents? We have less marketing costs and I think it's only fair that we pass that savings on to you! For a short period of time, September, through the end of the year, I am discounting my listing fees from 3% to 2%!* That's money you can put into your next home for whatever you like! That's huge savings and all I ask is that you buy your next home from me.** As an Accredited Buyer's Representative, I understand that market as well and my 14 years of service will ensure that you have excellent representation.
Also, just because I'm discounting my fees doesn't mean I'm discounting my service! You will have a full service listing with all the legal forms you'll need, lockbox on your door for showings, free staging, your listing on my 2 personal websites plus Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia and a multitude of others. You'll also have my negotiation skills hard at work for you, and as a Certified Negotiation Expert, I understand how to get you the price you want even if you the price you've accepted doesn't appraise.

Do you know what sets me apart from other agents? You win the bid on the house you want! Why? Because as partners (you and I), my guidance and negotiation skills will show you how to get the home you want! I know it's an extremely aggressive market for buyers and I've only had one client fail to get the home they wanted. Why? Unfortunately, they didn't take my guidance and lost the house to someone else. If you work with me, you'll be successful, even in this market. I go the extra mile when viewing homes with you as well. We'll look for cracks, texture changes, possible water damage, shifting foundations. I'm not a foundation expert, but I find things pretty quickly. I also attend all my inspections with my clients so that I have firsthand knowledge of what challenges there may or may not be with the home you've selected. I'll also attend the closing with you, just in case any questions arise. Most agents never go outside and inspect the home, they'll show you the kitchen, bedrooms and totally miss a possible huge problem. Also, you don't want to spend the money for an inspection if you can see pretty clearly there's an issue that, in this market, most likely the seller will not repair. There is a difference in the level of service, try me, you'll see.
